Try Epilaser Risk-Free for 60 Days

We want you to love your Epilaser! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your device within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How it Works

  1. Eligibility

    • The Epilaser must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.

    • The device should be, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  2. How to Start a Return

    • To start a return, please contact us at Support@epilaser.com

    • Returns must be requested before sending back your Epilaser; items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

    • Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

    Return Address:  Email us at Support@epilaser.com (we’ll confirm the correct physical address when your return is approved).

  3. Damages and Issues

    • Please inspect your Epilaser upon arrival and contact us right away if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  4. Non-Returnable Items

    • Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.

  5. Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund was approved.

    • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    • Standard shipping charges are refundable, however expedited or express shipping charges are not refunded.

    • Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

    • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Support@epilaser.com

    Refunds on Affirm Purchases

    • If you purchased your Epilaser using Affirm , your refund will be processed back through your Affirm account.

    • Affirm will adjust your loan balance accordingly:

      • If you’ve already made payments, those amounts will be refunded to your original payment method (bank account or debit card linked to Affirm).

      • If you haven’t made any payments yet, the refund will reduce or cancel your upcoming installments.

    • Please note that in the event you paid any interest associated with your purchase that is non-refundable, as it is a financing charge.

  6. Exchanges

    • Need a replacement Epilaser? We’ll be happy to exchange your device if stock is available.

  7. Return Shipping

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Epilaser is defective or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
