Try Epilaser Risk-Free for 60 Days
We want you to love your Epilaser! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your device within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How it Works

Eligibility

The Epilaser must be returned within 60 days of the delivery date.

The device should be, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

Returns must be requested before sending back your Epilaser; items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your Epilaser upon arrival and contact us right away if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund was approved.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Standard shipping charges are refundable, however expedited or express shipping charges are not refunded.

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at Support@epilaser.com
Refunds on Affirm Purchases

If you purchased your Epilaser using Affirm , your refund will be processed back through your Affirm account.

Affirm will adjust your loan balance accordingly:

If you’ve already made payments, those amounts will be refunded to your original payment method (bank account or debit card linked to Affirm).

If you haven’t made any payments yet, the refund will reduce or cancel your upcoming installments.

Please note that in the event you paid any interest associated with your purchase that is non-refundable, as it is a financing charge.

Exchanges

Need a replacement Epilaser? We’ll be happy to exchange your device if stock is available.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Epilaser is defective or incorrect.
